Delete your account

You can permanently delete your VulniPulse account, developer Hinok Tesfa, applications VulniPulse for Android (com.vulnipulse.android) and iOS (com.vulnipulse.ios), at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete from the iOS app

  1. Open VulniPulse and go to Settings → Account and security.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm and re-authenticate with your password, or with Sign in with Apple if that is how you signed up (plus your 2FA code if enabled).

If you signed in with Apple, deletion also revokes your Sign in with Apple authorization with Apple automatically. VulniPulse no longer sells subscriptions. If you have a legacy App Store renewal, manage or cancel it separately in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.

Delete from the Android app

  1. Open VulniPulse and select the Account tab.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm by typing DELETE and re-entering your password (and 2FA code if enabled).

Delete from the website

Sign in at vulnipulse.com, open Account settings, and choose Delete account.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app or website, email support@vulnipulse.com from your account email address with the subject “Account deletion request”. We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile (email, display name, password hash, and any two-factor secret), all monitoring rules, fleet products and versions, remediation notes and workflow state, alert and quiet-hour preferences, webhooks, registered devices and their notification tokens, Sign in with Apple authorization records, comments, referral state, sessions, and subscription entitlement records.

What may be retained

For a limited period we may retain minimal security and integrity records that are not linked to your identity — for example revoked-token hashes, an anonymized App Store transaction marker that prevents a refunded purchase from being reused, and deduplication keys used to prevent abuse and duplicate delivery. These are pruned on a rolling basis and contain no account content. Subscription history held by Apple or Google is governed by their own policies; cancel or manage subscriptions in the App Store or Play Store.
