Summary
A flaw was found in the Linux kernel's SUNRPC `svcauth_gss` module. A remote attacker could send a specially crafted Kerberos (krb5) token with an insufficient length.
This could lead to a division-by-zero error within the `gss_krb5_unwrap_v2()` function, resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS) for the affected system. Red Hat severity: Important — CVSS 5.9 (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:H/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H).
