Summary
OpenSSL versions 4.0, 3.6, 3.5, 3.4, 3.0 and 1.1.1 are susceptible to a vulnerability which when successfully exploited could allow a an attacker that can send a datagram that is routed to an existing DTLS 1.2 association to tear that association down without knowing any key material leading to a Denial of Service (DoS) limited to the targeted association.
