All supported versions of FreeBSD are susceptible to a vulnerability which when successfully exploited could allow an unprivileged local user to trigger an out-of-bounds access on kernel heap memory, potentially leading to privilege escalation. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability could lead to disclosure of sensitive information, addition or modification of data or Denial of Service (DoS). NetApp states there is no workaround available at this time.
