Apache Airflow versions 3.1.0 through 3.1.7 session token (_token) in cookies is set to path=/ regardless of the configured [webserver] base_url or [api] base_url. This allows any application co-hosted under the same domain to capture valid Airflow session tokens from HTTP request headers, allowing full session takeover without attacking Airflow itself. Users are recommended to upgrade to Apache Airflow 3.1.8 or later, which resolves this issue.

Apache Airflow versions 3.1.0 through 3.1.7 /ui/dependencies endpoint returns the full DAG dependency graph without filtering by authorized DAG IDs. This allows an authenticated user with only DAG Dependencies permission to enumerate DAGs they are not authorized to view. Users are recommended to upgrade to Apache Airflow 3.1.8 or later, which resolves this issue.
Medium [CVE-2026-26929] Apache Airflow versions 3.0.0 through 3.1.7 FastAPI DagVersion listing API does not apply per-DAG authorization filtering
Apache Airflow versions 3.0.0 through 3.1.7 FastAPI DagVersion listing API does not apply per-DAG authorization filtering when the request is made with dag_id set to "~" (wildcard for all DAGs). As a result, version metadata of DAGs that the requester is not authorized to access is returned. Users are recommended to upgrade to Apache Airflow 3.1.8 or later, which resolves this issue.
High [CVE-2025-54920] Apache Spark: This issue affects Apache Spark: before 3.5.7 and 4.0.1.
This issue affects Apache Spark: before 3.5.7 and 4.0.1. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 3.5.7 or 4.0.1 and above, which fixes the issue. Apache Spark 3.5.4 and earlier versions contain a code execution vulnerability in the Spark History Web UI due to overly permissive Jackson deserialization of event log data. This allows an attacker with access to the Spark event logs directory to inject malicious JSON payloads that trigger deserialization of arbitrary classes, enabling command execution on the host running the Spark History Server. The vulnerability arises because the Spark History Server uses Jackson polymorphic deserialization with @JsonTypeInfo.Id.CLASS on SparkListenerEvent objects, allowing an attacker to specify arbitrary class names in the event JSON. This behavior permits instantiating unintended classes, such as org.apache.hive.jdbc. HiveConnection, which can perform network calls or other malicious actions during deserialization. The attacker can exploit this by injecting crafted JSON content into the Spark event log files, which the History Server then deserializes on startup or when loading event logs. For example, the attacker can force the History Server to open a JDBC connection to a remote attacker-controlled server, demonstrating remote command injection capability. Proof of Concept: 1.
Medium [CVE-2025-66249] Apache Livy: Improper Limitation of a Pathname to a Restricted Directory ('Path Traversal') vulnerability in Apache Livy.
Improper Limitation of a Pathname to a Restricted Directory ('Path Traversal') vulnerability in Apache Livy. This issue affects Apache Livy: from 0.3.0 before 0.9.0. The vulnerability can only be exploited with non-default Apache Livy Server settings. If the configuration value "livy.file.local-dir-whitelist" is set to a non-default value, the directory checking can be bypassed. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 0.9.0, which fixes the issue.
Medium [CVE-2025-60012] Apache Livy: Malicious configuration can lead to unauthorized file access in Apache Livy.
Malicious configuration can lead to unauthorized file access in Apache Livy. This issue affects Apache Livy 0.7.0 and 0.8.0 when connecting to Apache Spark 3.1 or later. A request that includes a Spark configuration value supported from Apache Spark version 3.1 can lead to users gaining access to files they do not have permissions to. For the vulnerability to be exploitable, the user needs to have access to Apache Livy's REST or JDBC interface and be able to send requests with arbitrary Spark configuration values. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 0.9.0 or later, which fixes the issue.
Advisory [CVE-2026-24308] Apache ZooKeeper: Sensitive information disclosure in client configuration handling
Improper handling of configuration values in ZKConfig in Apache ZooKeeper 3.8.5 and 3.9.4 on all platforms allows an attacker to expose sensitive information stored in client configuration in the client's logfile. Configuration values are exposed at INFO level logging rendering potential production systems affected by the issue. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 3.8.6 or 3.9.5 which fixes this issue.
Advisory [CVE-2026-24281] Apache ZooKeeper: Reverse-DNS fallback enables hostname verification bypass in ZooKeeper ZKTrustManager
Hostname verification in Apache ZooKeeper ZKTrustManager falls back to reverse DNS (PTR) when IP SAN validation fails, allowing attackers who control or spoof PTR records to impersonate ZooKeeper servers or clients with a valid certificate for the PTR name. It's important to note that attacker must present a certificate which is trusted by ZKTrustManager which makes the attack vector harder to exploit. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 3.8.6 or 3.9.5, which fixes this issue by introducing a new configuration option to disable reverse DNS lookup in client and quorum protocols.
Critical [CVE-2026-27446] Apache Artemis, Apache ActiveMQ Artemis: Auth bypass for Core downstream federation
Missing Authentication for Critical Function (CWE-306) vulnerability in Apache Artemis, Apache ActiveMQ Artemis. An unauthenticated remote attacker can use the Core protocol to force a target broker to establish an outbound Core federation connection to an attacker-controlled rogue broker. This could potentially result in message injection into any queue and/or message exfiltration from any queue via the rogue broker. This impacts environments that allow both: - incoming Core protocol connections from untrusted sources to the broker This issue affects: Users are recommended to upgrade to Apache Artemis version 2.52.0, which fixes the issue. The issue can be mitigated by one of the following: - Use two-way SSL (i.e. certificate-based authentication) in order to force every client to present the proper SSL certificate when establishing a connection before any message protocol handshake is attempted. This will prevent unauthenticated exploitation of this vulnerability. - Implement and deploy a Core interceptor to deny all Core downstream federation connect packets. Such packets have a type of (int) -16 or (byte) 0xfffffff0. Documentation for interceptors is available
Advisory [CVE-2025-59060] Apache Ranger: Hostname verification bypass in NiFiRegistryClient
Hostname verification bypass issue in Apache Ranger NiFiRegistryClient is reported in Apache Ranger versions <= 2.7.0. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 2.8.0, which fixes this issue.
Advisory [CVE-2026-25747] Apache Camel LevelDB: Deserialization of Untrusted Data in Camel LevelDB
Deserialization of Untrusted Data vulnerability in Apache Camel LevelDB component. The Camel-LevelDB DefaultLevelDBSerializer class deserializes data read from the LevelDB aggregation repository using java.io.ObjectInputStream without applying any ObjectInputFilter or class-loading restrictions. An attacker who can write to the LevelDB database files used by a Camel application can inject a crafted serialized Java object that, when deserialized during normal aggregation repository operations, results in arbitrary code execution in the context of the application. This issue affects Apache Camel: from 4.10.0 before 4.10.8, from 4.14.0 before 4.14.5, from 4.15.0 before 4.18.0. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 4.18.0, which fixes the issue. For the 4.10.x LTS releases, users are recommended to upgrade to 4.10.9, while for 4.14.x LTS releases, users are recommended to upgrade to 4.14.5
Advisory [CVE-2026-24734] Apache Tomcat Native, Apache Tomcat: OCSP revocation bypass
Improper Input Validation vulnerability in Apache Tomcat Native, Apache Tomcat. When using an OCSP responder, Tomcat Native (and Tomcat's FFM port of the Tomcat Native code) did not complete verification or freshness checks on the OCSP response which could allow certificate revocation to be bypassed. This issue affects Apache Tomcat Native: from 1.3.0 through 1.3.4, from 2.0.0 through 2.0.11; Apache Tomcat: from 11.0.0-M1 through 11.0.17, from 10.1.0-M7 through 10.1.51, from 9.0.83 through 9.0.114. The following versions were EOL at the time the CVE was created but are known to be affected: from 1.1.23 through 1.1.34, from 1.2.0 through 1.2.39. Older EOL versions are not affected. Apache Tomcat Native users are recommended to upgrade to versions 1.3.5 or later or 2.0.12 or later, which fix the issue.
Advisory [CVE-2026-23903] Apache Shiro: Auth bypass when accessing static files only on case-insensitive filesystems
Authentication Bypass by Alternate Name vulnerability in Apache Shiro. This issue affects Apache Shiro: before 2.0.7. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 2.0.7, which fixes the issue. The issue only effects static files. If static files are served from a case-insensitive filesystem, such as default macOS setup, static files may be accessed by varying the case of the filename in the request. If only lower-case (common default) filters are present in Shiro, they may be bypassed this way. Shiro 2.1.0 and later has a new parameters to remediate this issue shiro.ini: filterChainResolver.caseInsensitive = true application.properties: shiro.caseInsensitive=true Shiro 3.0.0 and later makes this the default in shiro.ini-based configurations.
Advisory [CVE-2025-68493] Apache Struts, Apache Struts: XXE vulnerability in outdated XWork component
Missing XML Validation vulnerability in Apache Struts, Apache Struts. This issue affects Apache Struts: from 2.0.0 before 2.2.1; Apache Struts: from 2.2.1 through 6.1.0. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 6.1.1, which fixes the issue.
Advisory [CVE-2024-36265] Apache Submarine Server Core: authorization bypass
- * UNSUPPORTED WHEN ASSIGNED ** Incorrect Authorization vulnerability in Apache Submarine Server Core. This issue affects Apache Submarine Server Core: from 0.8.0. An attacker can bypass authentication by sending specially crafted REST requests. As this project is retired, we do not plan to release a version that fixes this issue. Users are recommended to find an alternative or restrict access to the instance to trusted users. NOTE: This vulnerability only affects products that are no longer supported by the maintainer.
Advisory [CVE-2021-40438] mod_proxy SSRF
A crafted request uri-path can cause mod_proxy to forward the request to an origin server choosen by the remote user. This issue affects Apache HTTP Server 2.4.48 and earlier.
Advisory [CVE-2017-12615] When running Apache Tomcat 7.0.0 to 7.0.79 on Windows with HTTP PUTs enabled (e.g
When running Apache Tomcat 7.0.0 to 7.0.79 on Windows with HTTP PUTs enabled (e.g. via setting the readonly initialisation parameter of the Default to false) it was possible to upload a JSP file to the server via a specially crafted request. This JSP could then be requested and any code it contained would be executed by the server.
